‘The Book’ is a series of five volumes describing the adventures of young wizard Ben Troon as he travels through his world, describing what he sees in the journal he carries, the Book. But he is no mere observer, becoming deeply involved in a great struggle between good and evil.

I was born in London and educated at Oxford University, but have lived in Australia for much of my life. I have seen more of the world than I would ever have thought possible, and have lived countless lives vicariously through the magic of books. I am married and have one daughter, who lives in London.
